In wrestling with a strong sugar addiction, Leslie experienced feelings out of control. And in losing her brother in a car accident, she’s wrestled with the kind of grief that seems like it will never end. Also, more than once Leslie dealt with divorce and the need to re-build her life and care for her children as a single mother all at the same time.
But that’s not the end of her story. Along the way, Leslie learned strategies not just to cope with her trials, but to face them head on and win and now, she shares how you can do the same thing.
